Network Marketing is fun and easy to do, I should know because I do it! You just follow a simple system which is explained to you by the person who introduces you into the business. Okay, so how does it work and how are we paid? Here is the basic philosophy of Network Marketing.

Firstly, why are we paid? We are paid in networking for adding value to people’s lives. Our products or services can certainly add value, improve the quality of lives, save time and money for people or simplify and make life better. We are paid to talk to people to find those who will let us add value to their lives.

How are we paid? Really, it is a very simple concept. For example, what if I said I could help you earn $1000 more each month than you had before I met you, and you can do it without losing your day job, without risking your income? And if you can do it at your own speed and I help you until you can do it by yourself, would you be interested? By sponsoring you, I teach you how to market your business successfully on the internet.

If I help you earn $1,000 a month you certainly won’t be concerned if the company gives me $200 for my effort as long as it doesn’t come out of your $1000. That’s a win-win business relationship. Suppose I help 10 people do that. Now I have 10 people earning $1,000 a month, and the company pays me $2000 a month in commissions.

Lets say you would like to earn $2000 like me. Simple, I help you duplicate what I’m doing until you build a marketing organisation like me. Again, it doesn’t matter if the company pays me $100 for the sales from the people you add to your organisation, after all, they are paying you $200 as well. 

And that commission system can go on for as many levels or generations as the company’s marketing plan is designed for. In a nutshell, the more your people earn, the more you earn, which means, the more I earn. It’s simply a matter of duplicating a proven system, a system that works.
